What Numeri does, what it deliberately does not promise, how the allowance works, and who owns what. The legal notice required of French publishers is at the bottom.

The service
What you get, and what we will not claim.
Numeri turns one photograph of your product into a 15-second video advertisement, at 720p, with sound, in the aspect ratio you choose from the six offered.
The result is generated by artificial intelligence. The models are instructed to reproduce your product exactly as photographed — that instruction is half the text we send them — but results are generated automatically and are not guaranteed to be pixel-accurate. Review the video before you publish it.
About three minutes, but not a deadline
A render usually comes back in about three minutes. That figure is what we observe, not a deadline we owe: the render depends on a third-party provider, and a promised deadline is a deadline owed. Start the render and come back to it.
We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service. Where a change affects what you have already paid for, we will say so before it applies.
Allowance
One render uses one video. At the moment you start it.
Not when you approve the result. We would rather you read that here than discover it on your fourth take.
Each render costs us real money the second it launches, whether or not you like what comes back. That is why the counter moves at launch. If a render fails on our side, or if the photograph is refused by the provider's moderation, the video is credited straight back to you — that case is ours, not yours.
What you upload
Your photograph, your responsibility.
By uploading a photograph you confirm that you hold the rights to it, and to the product it shows — including trade marks, designs and models. That is the one thing we cannot check for you.
What may not be uploaded
- A photograph showing an identifiable person. The prompts already exclude hands, wrists, faces and models, but the rule stands on its own.
- Anything unlawful, infringing, hateful, or sexual in nature.
- Any attempt to make the service produce something other than a product video.
Our rendering provider applies its own moderation, and a render can be refused. When that happens the video is credited back to you.
Ownership
Who owns what.
You keep every right in the photograph you upload. We acquire nothing over it.
Odratta does not use your photographs or your videos to train anything, and does not use them in its own marketing, without your written agreement. If we ever want to show one of your renders on this site, we will ask.

Subscription
Monthly, no commitment.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Mollie settles in euros; the rate applied is the payment institution's own, and Odratta sets none.
VAT
All prices are quoted excluding VAT. The exact amount you will be charged, VAT included, is shown on the checkout screen before you pay — never afterwards. Which VAT applies depends on where you are and on who you are:
An EU VAT number is checked against the European Commission's VIES database at checkout. If it comes back valid, no VAT is charged and your invoice carries the reverse-charge mention required by Article 196 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC. If VIES cannot confirm it, VAT is charged — we would rather charge it and correct it than owe it.
Your invoice is issued the moment your payment arrives, and emailed to you. It is also available at any time from your account. Invoices are issued in US dollars; where VAT applies, the VAT amount is also stated in euros at the European Central Bank reference rate of the day, as French law requires.
Right of withdrawal
If you subscribe as a consumer — that is, not for the purposes of a business — you have fourteen days to change your mind, under Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code.
Because Numeri starts working the moment you subscribe, we ask you to confirm at checkout that you want the service to start right away. Once you have launched a render, you lose the right of withdrawal for the part already performed (Article L221-25). If you withdraw within the fourteen days, we refund what you paid, less an amount in proportion to what you have already used.
If you subscribe as a business, this right does not apply — the Consumer Code protects consumers, not companies. You can still cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
Consumer mediation

Governing law
French law.
These terms are governed by French law. For disputes between businesses, the courts within the jurisdiction of Odratta's registered office — Grenoble — have exclusive competence, subject to the mandatory rules that protect consumers.
